DATA-Q, established in the year 1995 , felt the need of various fields to be educated in computer science for successful exposure of challenging career opportunities in the corporate world and education spheres to meet the challenge of the twenty first century. Based on excellent track record of the institute since 1995, DATA-Q was granted accreditation by NIELIT for "O" level & "A" Level course in the year 2003 and 2006 respectively . In the year 2014 DATA-Q got the accreditation of B-Level( MCA ). As a result of a good job done since 2003, DATA-Q was inducted as an implementation partner in the Barasat Government College for "IT Education & Training", pioneered by the Department of Higher Education , Govt. of West Bengal. In 2018 Department of IT , CSC e-governance,Govt. of India granted permission to conduct "Spoken English" Certification from British Council
In working towards our mission, we spend our efforts in two modes: First, by assessing, training students and those who have already graduated. This is what the DATA-Q has been engaged in so far.
Second , by preparing the first and the second year students while in the college. These students are offered employment linkage immediately after they graduate.
O-Level & A-Level Computer courses are the gateway to some of the most lucrative careers in India. Many industries stay on the lookout for skilled candidates that have knowledge of the course and although the salary after a vocational course might seem low to many, the low course fee of these courses and good chances of growth in the future help overlook these shortcomings. However, care must be taken while choosing which professional course to take admission into as it might limit your options for choosing a higher education course.
Without any shadow of doubt, it is the members of the teaching community who impart progress into the students. Drawn from the reputed universities of India , the highly qualified and experienced faculty is the greatest asset of DATA-Q. Our Faculty team includes outstanding educators and researchers from both the academic and Industry.
Practical training is an essential part of studies in Technical Course. All the study programmes offered at DATA-Q of Computer Sciences involve a period of practical training which is designed to provide students with the opportunity to put theory into practice. The aim of practical training is to help students develop skills and abilities that support professional studies and prepare them for work later on.
